I'm designing a Kickboxing website for a new club ...

I've told my client that I will need some cool, crisp, white background, kickboxing shots... (say 4-5)

Thought id ask here first.....?

You can get paid in money if thats the level of your shots....freebies are obviously welcome (I can put your name on the site as the togger if thats preferable)

...just thought someone here may have a loverly set..?

Sorry, can't help here. Hoping to go along to a friend's Tae Kwon Do club in the next month or so to shoot him, but not got any previous experience of it!

If no-one does offer here, you could try the stock libraries? iStockPhoto is always a popular one...

I went to the PUMA Martial Arts Championships a few months ago. Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing and Tang Su Do mixed martial arts contest. I mainly took photos of the Tang Su Do people, because some of them are friends of mine. I will see if i have any of the kickboxers. They will also probably be rubbish, so I wont be offended when you dont use them ;)

They wont have white backgrounds though, thats for certain. Do you still want me to look? Can you sort the backgrounds on photoshop?

FA, It is a Tae Kwon Do Club... White type backgrounds would be Ideal as changing the background is a pain and I couldn't do it very well anyway.... not sure, still like to see them if you want to stick up a linky... I might like them.:) :thumbs:

ah ok, there were loads of Tae Kwon Do people at the competition, not so many kickboxers. I should have a few of the tkd peeps.

will have a look tonight.

Part of the competition was semi contact sparring (beating the crap out of each other). So might be some good ones.
 
might be a silly question but if you are designing the ste for a club why cant you go to the club and get pics of them? :-)
 
Asab; Its just not viable costs wise, the clubs a hundred odd miles away, time setting up etc... I'd be there half a day... And both my Client and I can't afford that time and cost.

Daft as that may seem, thats why. :D

I like the close boxing glove ones ...although I could do with them in black belt gear etc... godam it I'm being picky now.. :lol:

I can suddenly see myself traveling up and taking these shots myself ... Just call me a hypocrite. :nuts:
