Looking for a forensic evidence ruler

I've got this daft idea for a project to make a series of photos which have a look of photos taken as evidence at crime scenes and I want to include a ruler in them. Not any old ruler but one which is authentic for the sort of photos I want to mimic.

Looks like they use standard (ish) hardwood and clear plastic rulers, various lengths up to 1m.

Google forensic science suppliers and that's what you get. Tesco do them for about £1...
