Loobylins - Customer Service Second to none!

I have used www.loobylins.co.uk (silly name eh!) several times after finding them on Ebay (for filters & most recently the excellent Op Tech camera strap)
Yesterday I ordered a set of Close Up lenses and in the excitement I ordered the wrong size (62mm instead of 52mm )
I emailed them first thing this morning & Linda replied later that the package had been collected last night but she had gone to the Post Office & retrieved the parcel - She also advised me she'd post out the correct size ones today & would refund the difference as the 52mm size was cheaper
Now that's what I call great Customer Service

Me too. I bought a set of ND Grads, a Cokin P Holder and 67mm Stepup ring at 15:30 on a Friday afternoon.

There was a knock on the door the next day at 07:15 from the postie not able to put it through the letter box as it was too big.

Great service. And the prices are very competitive too. Another thumbs up.
