Long Exposures what ISO? B+W110

Hi this question is mainly for Nikon shooters although it may apply to other camera makes, When doing long exposures with the B+W 10 stop ND, i`ve always used the ISO 200 Level however a friend has recently started using the LO:01 setting, what do you peeps use and is there any difference in quality?

The base ISO for the D90 is 200, the camera just uses electronic trickery to get down to the 'pseudo' ISO 100 of the Lo:01 setting. You will not gain any advantage in reduced noise, just longer exposure time to get the correct exposure.

Oh yeh, I stick with ISO 200.
