Hi folks,

I haven't done a lot of video but do enjoy it. I have trained (I'm a personal trainer) a couple of directors who have really given me some useful tips in terms of how to direct & what kind of shots to look for.

I thought I'd put this recent video up for comments to get some feedback on how it could have been better...

Sorry mate but something looks amiss with this. There is lots of microshaking from what I can imagine is the use of a long lens without IS? There are lots of really blown shots that are out of focus. The actually content of the video doesn't seem to have anything to bring it together, no story or correlation. The shots could use more movement in them, zooming/panning/tilting etc to add another dimension. The music also doesn't seem to flow with the shots, when it builds up the actually images don't seem to intensify to match the change in atmosphere.

Please take this as constructive criticism rather than me just being harsh.
