There's a test of this at minute 23 in the new Photography Online episode and it's worth a look. It takes Fuji Instax film.

I beta tested a unit a few months ago;

I’ve also tested out a retail unit recently and the build quality is excellent. Due to the rollers required, the film plane is moved back by 19.6mm. There’s a moulded spacer unit/mask included with the back, but it’s a tight fit on a lot of cameras (Chroma Included), so I’ve designed a universal accessory Graflok mounted spring back, which mounts the ground glass in line with the LomoGraflok film.

As well as removing the strain on the standard spring back, it also allows you to directly switch between the LomoGraflok unit (for instant lighting/focus review) and standard sheet/rollfilm/plate holders.
