Every month I have to log in and every month it's a bit of a nightmare!
I follow the procedure, get a code, enter it and get the "Oops we ran ito a problem" message. And so the circle continues.
I just sent a message via the contact us page...check my emails and see another code hase been sent two minutes after the first.
I have minutes to spare before the second code times out and this time it works...Is there a way around this, can I be permanantly logged in?
Sorry for the moan, I do appreciate the work you do.
PS I had to try the contact us page twice...the first time it let me fill in my details but the infomation page was greyed out.
