lock settings in 5d mkiii

Anyone know how I can lock my chosen settings to stop them changing if any wheels are touched, done a shoot tonight and managed to knock the aperture from f8 to f10 aaaargghhh

watch the meter and/or settings in your viewfinder - isn't that how to shoot anyway? :/

Yeh I lock that but would like to lock the top wheel aswell as I use them the other way around, thanks

Just to update, I found a setting to make the lock button lock both wheels
