hi all,
Off to Loch Ness and Glasgow week after next and am looking for some locations to visit and photograph.
Any advice on locations in these areas would be most appreciated.
 
Fort Augustus is a very nice place to visit, and has some lovely scenery.
 
Loch Ness is right on my doorstep, there are hundreds of locations around - some lovely little lochs tucked away close by too. Have a look for Loch Ruthven, Loch Farr, Loch Tarff and Loch Duntelchaig - all great for shooting landscapes.

If you want to stick to Loch Ness then Dores Beach can be nice.
 
My wife & I are going to have a drive up to Balmaha tomorrow,we love it up that way but been to that bit before.:)
Never been right up north,i need to do that.:)

Loch Ness is an amazing place with lots of picture oppotunities, especially round the ruined castle that I can't pronounce or spell

We are going to Thurso for a wedding. Been before, fantastic rugged coastlines up north
