South-East England Locations for grunge and country house theme

Hi. New to this forum but looking for locations preferably in Hampshire for a grungy train station, old wall shoot. Also for separate shoot looking for a private land location with trees and maybe country house as shotgun will be involved in image but will not be used needs to be private location. Any ideas please? Many thanks x

Brockenhurst is old not sure its exactly Grungy looking but its a nice station to Photograph. Lymington is very Photographic too but if you are after more run down stations then you need to try Sussex.
