Linen textured prints

I have a customer asking if i can supply her a 12x10 canvas, however on mailing back and forth it seems that it isnt quite a canvas but a textured print on a card/hard backing which she wants to put in a frame she has at home. It is to match another on her wall which someone else did for her a while back. It sounds to me like a linen/textured paper on a backing/mount to keep it flat and straight. Any ideas for me to look at and maybe send her a few images to see if its what she wants or not( she is sending a phone pic of what she has already but says its to hard to judge by a phone pic).
