Lightweight video head - advice needed

I picked up an amazing deal on a lightweight but sturdy tripod and I would like to use it for some video. I don't do much video at the moment, but would like to try more. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good video head please?

For compact size the new manfrotto xpro fluid head is an excellent choice

you don't mention what weight the head will need to take. For my Nikon D800 and heavy lens i use a manfrotto mvh502ah on a manfrotto 055xprob tripod.for my camcorder i use a vel-flo5 mini pro on a Velbon c-400 tripod. If that is any help

Thanks for the advice guys. It is for a D800 actually. I'm looking at the manfroto xpro over the weekend.
