Lights

Stacey I am a novice with lighting, but since no-one has answered yet... what are you trying to light and achieve?

The problem (in my very limited experience) of only having a small room is that you will be restricted on positioning the lights where you might need them for the desired effect. Plus the stands and modifiers all take up space - the actual lights themselves are not specifically suited to a small or large room (as far as I know!).

I bought two of these with stands https://www.lencarta.com/lencarta-smartflash-4-studio-flash-head-300w but really you only need one at first if you're starting out, and two might be a squeeze in a small room. Perhaps off camera flash might work?

I think if you provide more information about what you are wanting to light, then perhaps someone more knowledgeable will chip in.

It's also worth reading through other posts in this part of the forum. You can see what other people have been advised for their particular needs.

As Bebop has said. I think it would be helpful to know what sort of subject you want to light, and what equipment you already have. How big a room including height.
As an aside, we do like to welcome new members to the site and very much like to help newbies, but you are perhaps not entering into the spirit by posting selfies in the site threads. I suggest reading through the various forums and threads before jumping in, but we would certainly love to see your photography and discussion contributions.
