Lightroom to Wordpress

Can anyone share their techniques for getting photos from Lightroom to Wordpress?

Ideally what I want to do is have some collections in Lightroom that I can publish at the push of a button and they will update different galleries in Wordpress with each collection mapping to a unique gallery. Ideally this would happen without any Wordpress intervention on my side ie add a photo to a collection, publish in Lightroom, Wordpress gallery has grown by that photo next time I visit it.

I've had this working in the past using Nextgen Gallery and a purchased LR Plugin but I'm looking to make it work with native wordpress galleries.

Any suggestions?

I'd be surprised if you can get that to work with Wordpress galleries, surely you'd need some other third party software?
