Lightroom subscription has all gone Pete Tong....

Opened LR this evening to find that it actually opened the Adobe CC App (the one you click on for updates etc) to ask me to "start a free trial".

I've been using Classic CC since it was available, and have been using the subscription service for years. I checked and my payments are up to date.

Anybody else have this issue?

Have you tried, logging out and back in, to your account?

No I've not had a problem with it

Don’t change to the cloud CC they will charge you extra for storage

OK, so there seemed to be an issue with the email attached to my profile. Took a while but they have it sorted now and everything is back as it should be.

My profile was not showing any subscriptions attributed to it, but a bit of work in the background and they resolved the issue.
