Lightroom searching

Does anyone know of a way of searching for all photo's in a folder that have been processed (i.e. modified). I want to be able to export them, but it takes a long time to manually go through my libraries and look for them.

I'm not in front of my computer to check it but apparently a smart collection can be created using "has adjustments". This would pull out the files required.

You only have to register and its a great site if you are in to B&W

Busy trying to reduce the size of my photo library at the moment, hence this question.
