Lightroom question

Hi guys,

I'm slowly getting used to Lightroom (2.1), and have a question that would greatly help me out! Is there a way of doing a save for web for multiple images for placing images on here? It's a pain in the you know what only being able to link medium files off flickr so I'm toying with the save on here option instead. I've had a go at exporting them once at settings I thought should be ok, but they were almost unrecogizable thanks to the compression.

Please help me out with this before I lose more hair I can't afford to lose!!

yes you can export resized and compressed files from lightroom as a batch. Select all the files, choose export, and you should be able to find all the setting your require.

Erm... Anyone know what those settings should be though? I put them on what I thought it should be and the compression made them look dreadful.
