Hi,
In Lightroom > Navigator > Folders I have 2 Hard disc drives.

One my computer which has my recent stuff on, >C

The second has my older stuff, an external drive >G

When my HDD starts filling up I move the stuff over to G, which means that it "can't find" the files in it's >C subfolder.

Is there of telling Lightroom that all the files that were in >C are now in >G ?

I know I can find them one by one, but some bulk action would obviously be better.

Locate Missing Folder should do the trick as Robert said.

For future reference, it's always best to move files within Lightroom - that way you don't have these issues!

I would suggest that the most secure way of moving large quantities of files, to ensure they don't get lost or screwed up ( Happened to me ), is to COPY them to the new location. Then click on the folder in the Lightroom Folders pane and select "Update Folder Location."

You can then check that everything has moved and that Lightroom has updated it's database correctly. Then delete the "original" files.
