lightroom PP advice on portraits

Hi,
I recently took some corporate portraits and was wondering if people could please advise over what pp'ing they would apply in lightroom.

I've added a little fill light, increased exposure a tad, a touch of sharpening and a very light vignette. Would you advise anything else ?

D90+SB600+85mm F1.8@F4

If you wanted skin softening you could use negative clarity or sharpening, but I wouldn't for a male pic.

For this image I might sharpen his left (right on the photo) eye a little but would not do much else.
