Lightroom or Photo Ninja for X-Trans?

Thoughts on the above? I'm not very experienced at post process work but am looking to improve!

I use both Costa, prefer PN for the actual processing, but LR is required for organising everything

PN can be used as a plugin on LR, so best of both worlds, these are also worth getting if you just want to use LR

Lightroom is incredible, everything from organising to editing, you can create edits then save them as presets so they can be used over and over again,

Lightroom all day long as it's a workflow tool, not just editing/adjustments.
Julieanne Kost has some great tutorials to help you understand/get the most out of lightroom. Good, short informative videos.
