Lightroom not updating

I have LR v2.3 installed fine on my new computer. However when I try to update it to v2.5 when I run the update files I just get the remove, modify, delete dialogue box. It just won't update to v2.5

I have also tried updating to v2.4 first but the same problem happens with that.

I am running Windows 7 might that be the cause?

Sorry I had just got the 32 bit version. It's all sorted now.
