Lightroom noise reduction changed?

Is it me or they have change the noise reduction in the new lightroom update?

I use to keep alt down and this will show me a sort of high pass filtered imaged. So i could select how much the detail were affected, if this make any sense. Now when i press alt i only get a black and white image.

Am i doing something wrong?

What an idiot... I don't use LR for nearly 1 month and i forgot it all! That was what you get from the sharpening filter not the noise :-(.
