ok just imported my pics into lightroom and as i was flicking between the develop and library module i noticed the pic looked different in the different modules.

Why is that? which pic is exported? and how do i solve the issue?
 
I would think the library module is showing the pic as you imported it into lightroom.. and the develop module shows what fixes you have done.

Try clicking on the reset button at the bottom of the develop module to see if goes back and looks the same. Not on something important though!! ;)

no its not that cos that was my first thought and the pic didn't look like the before pic either :(
 
Different how?

For example, if you import a shot and view it in the library and then swtich to develop what kind of difference are you seeing? Also if you make a radical change in develop, eg set the image to mono is that change reflected in the library?

Hmm, another thought - when you switch to develop does the image look the same until it's finished loading and then suddenly change?
 
Also, when you flick to the develop module (key D) from the library module Loupe (E), it takes a few seconds to generate a fullsized image for editing.
 
Different colours and more detail in the library module shot, strange thing is its only that picture, not happening with the others i looked at :shrug:
