Lightroom imports as .dng

When I used to import photos from my card to Lightroom .. they used to come in as CR2 files now they come in as .dng (digital negative) i cant see i have changed any settings and cant see in the lightroom help how to do anything about it. :shrug:

I think that is handled in the import dialog box (copy files as dng and import) - the top drop down box

Yes, Ive been looking in there as it seemed the most obvious place but I cant find anything to check or uncheck.


Edit: Sorry,.. was looking in the actual progam... not in the import dialogue box!
