Lightroom - how to enhance the teeth

I'm just working on a shed load of close up shots with people which isn't my usual thing to PP. Wondering how to best enhance the slightly 'dingy' yellow of teeth colours even when I know the teeth don't look so bad in the flesh :help:

I have found lots of stuff on the web but still wondering how the guys on here did it :thinking:
 
There is a teeth whitening brush to select from the list. In principle you just desaturate and slightly increase the brightness. Single gap tooth should be possible to clone out with the dust removal tool, but if there are serious problems you have to photoshop it out, or leave it.

:notworthy: I use LR every day but never done the 'tooth fairy' bit but just realised, in the last few minutes, where the tooth whitening brush thing is. Tucked away from my weary eyes :lol: So thanks for the help & it works well :thumbs:

I will try as I have a lot of teeth that need attention & suspect there will not be a ;one setting' to suit all - thanks for the tip :thumbs:
 
In photoshop I select the teeth and then desaturate the yellow channel, then brighten all channels (careful with this last one as it can go blinding white fast!) Hope that helps!
