Lightroom help

Hi guys,

I have LR3 and CS5 and at the moment and it's usually photoshop that I use the most.

I'm fully aware of the power lightroom has and know I'm not using it at anyway near it's full potential.

I have the Scott Kelby book which is good but I usually learn more watching guides.

Anyone recommend any YouTube streams or any other sites which show videos of learning Lightroom? Or even online tutorials/courses you might pay a little for?
