Lightroom denoise playing silly b*****s again.........

This has happened several times before but I thought it was "fixed" - obviously not!

I click on "denoise" and the image appears in the window very briefly, then the window goes grey. Estimated time says 5 minutes.

Clicking on "enhance" at that point gives the following message "There was an unknown error" and that's it. Has anyone else had this problem and manged to solve it?

I had the blue image problem with denoise, and updating graphics drivers was the complete fix.

I have tried a couple of things and one has worked; however this isn't the first time it has happened so I guess it won't be the last. It seems to be solved by removing GPU acceleration in Edit>preferences and then restarting LR. I will try updating the graphics drivers as kindly suggested by Toni if it happens again.
