Lightroom Ctrl Z problem

Hi guys,

I'm hoping someone can help....

Recently after making a set of changes across various images in LR (1.4) I've then wanted to correct a step and so used Ctrl Z. However the impact has been to undo every change that I have made since I opened LR, whether they are edits or ratings!

I'm sure it didn't use to do this, nor should it. I can't figure out any general settings that may be driving this.

You can imagine this is hugely frustrating too, so help would be appreciated.
