Hi, just wondering if I can bend your ear and hopefully get an answer to an issue I'm having.

I know Lightroom uses ProPhoto RGB and exports in sRGB as a default and this hasn't been an issue before as I have a calibrated monitor and what I see is what I get back but today I exported some images and they were extremely over saturated and not like I was viewing in Lightroom?

I've tried on export changing the colour space to sRGB, ProPhoto RGB and Adobe RGB 1998 and nothing is making a difference?

Help!

I know Lightroom uses ProPhoto RGB

Correct, same applies to Photoshop, but certainly doesn't apply to your monitor. Are you aware that you must soft proof your images to destination color space before exporting?

exports in sRGB as a default

Whatever you specify it as... sRGB is horrible (very small) color space. Only ever use it for web previews, and in the near future it will be replaced with DCI-P3.

a calibrated monitor

What would it be? aRGB I hope?

were extremely over saturated and not like I was viewing in Lightroom?

So not color proofing then.

ProPhoto RGB and Adobe RGB 1998 and nothing is making a difference?

that's impossible. What do you use to view images? Any chance it is old and primitive and doesn't understand color spaces?
