lightroom cc (cloud based)

hi all i am getting the message that this is no longer compatible ( i dont have windows 10) i pay a monthly subscription (£9.97) should this reduce now as i am not able to use the above program ?

I doubt Adobe will provide a subscription reduction if the reason is down to your computer now not being compatible after they upgraded their software. You could always message Adobe and see what they say. They are the only ones who could answer this.

Edit: was Lightroom CC compatible with anything older than windows 10 previously? It was only released in October 2017 and this link seems to point to it always needing windows 10 the release date.

I have to temporarily use an older win 7 laptop while mine is gone for repair, had a similar issue when trying to load up LR CC on it. I uninstalled the creative cloud software, reinstalled and CC then installed without issue.
