Hi all,
Hoping someone might be able to help with this,
I have a macbook pro with lightroom CC and all my photos are stored on an external WD mycloud, All the photos in my lightroom catalog are connected with the original files on the WD mycloud which connects to my computer via WIFI.
when I start up my computer and open lightroom there is the ! on each photo saying unable to find, please locate, so I click locate and go to mycloud, find the file and make sure the find files closeby is ticked, then all my files are available in lightroom, I have to do this everytime and although not the end of the world its pretty frustrating. If I save a new file to mycloud and then import from lightroom it is hit or miss whether I can find mycloud on the source in lightroom, I cant put my finger on what I do differently between being able to access mycloud to import and not being able to. Just seems totally random, although I am sure it isnt.
Any help gratefully appreciated
Danny
