Lightroom - Am I Missing Something Obvious?

OK, been really busy and haven't looked at LR for a few weeks. Just reinstalled my laptop today along with all the apps including LR. Opened it and imported everything again and all was fine... apart from the fact that either I'm missing something, or something is wrong with the folder list in Library view? When I reach the bottom of the folders by clicking on the last one with the mouse I can't then go any farther down?

Have I forgotten something really obvious? This is ridiculous... :bang:

I know my folder list is a mess; I'll tidy it up, honestly. :D
 
There's a scroll bar on the left hand side of the screenshot you showed, use that to move down your list of folders in the Library module.

See, I knew I was being a total muppet... :nuts:

Only looking at the right hand side of every window I ever open for a scroll bar means I didn't even look there. What makes it worse is that I've used it 1000's of times in the past! :bonk:

No, Dekhog, I'm not laughing at you - I'm laughing at myself cos I've made the exact same mistake myself in Lightroom :bonk:
I put it down to the Mac style graphics in Lightroom confusing my Microsoft conditioned brain . . . .

I've also made the same mistake.

The fault, as my old boss used to say, lies between the chair and the keyboard.

There is always a moment of panic when I forget that slider in Lr.
 
If you have a mouse with center wheel scroller, place the pointer over one of the folders and scroll with the mouse wheel. :)

...just my luck I was on the laptop and using the touchpad.
