Been waiting for ages to get LR5 finally went on to amazon to download and its £30 cheaper.
 
Bought mine from Amazon too. Better than WEX where I ordered it originally.

I'm beginning to despair of WEX. They sure have stock, but their prices are often much higher than most competitors, and they refuse to price match. (I know, I've tried them!)

WEx will price match. You just have to ask nicely.








Though spending £100,000+ per year probably helps.

Not in my experience. They flatly refused to price match a Canon ST-E3-RT despite it being £60 cheaper elsewhere. I may not have spent £100 grand, but I have certainly spent several grand with them. Still, 'tis their loss.:(
 
I wish they'd reduce the upgrade edition by a proportional amount.
I don't need the full version but I'd like to upgrade from LR4 to 5.
 
I bought Lightroom last week, it said it would arrive by the 22nd and I STILL don't have it. I used Live Chat yesterday and they said it would arrive no later than tomorrow. I'm sick of waiting for it. I have photos to process!!!

I did use the Super Save Delivery though. Does it usually take this long to arrive?
 
Is Super Saver delivery the free service?
I usually use that if I'm not in a hurry, and I find it usually takes three or four working days.

Another place I noticed had a good price on LR was Cameraworld (£79)

I contacted Live Chat just now, and they said its probably got lost in the post. They're sending a replacement and upgrading it to One Day Delivery free of charge. Should have it tomorrow! :)
