For reasons I can't understand, I'm finding a new part of my workflow is causing a lot of annoying extra work. I work on TIFF files from base RAW export, then bring them back into LR for final polish. When I export LR often applies its own aspect ratio which can be anything from 5x7 to Custom when it should be 'as shot'. I've tried correcting this on one file then syncing across to the others, but it ignores my request to sync whilst happy to sync every other setting. This means I have to manually adjust the aspect ratio for every single image before export - a few seconds, but multiplied by 100+ images it becomes really quite tedious. Besides, it should just sync the setting.... right?
Has anyone encountered this before, and found a solution to the problem. If not, can anyone suggest why LR is doing this and what I can do to stop it happening?
