Lightroom 4 and RAW files

Ive just done a wedding for some friends.

I changed my settings to save both RAW an JPEG.

Anyway I've copied them allot one file on my PC

But how do I import the RAW files into Lightroom and not the JPEGS.

Check preferences. There is a setting to treat jpegs as separate photos next to raw files.
 
You might just consider deleting all of the .jpg files. Not a solution for everyone but I wouldn't want them.
 
You could just move the jpegs into a separate folder and only import the raws? Or as suggested, there's an import setting to say show raw and jpg separately, then use filters inside LR to show only the raws when you're editing.
