Lightroom - 3 part help needed

I will be taking a lot of pictures for a web shop and need to do a few things to them:

1 - resize for web
2 - rename
3 - add watermark

I'm sure this can all be done quickly, but i've not used Lightroom before so would appreciate some help on how to do this. Can it all be done at once or do they require a step each?

I'm gonna setup the camera and lights so i can quickly take the photo's - books btw - so that all i need to do is resize, rename and add a watermark.

Depending on what sort of watermark you want to use this is either stupidly easy or very easy!!!

Standard watermark: Take photographs, import to Lightroom (or even shoot tethered into Lightroom), export at required size with the file names you need and tick the add watermark box in the export dialogue.

Custom watermark: Download and install LrMogrify, make a donation, follow the steps above except the last one, which you replace with use a graphical watermark from the LrMogrify menu on the export menu.
