lighting/studio help

I want to make/get hold of a cheap portable studio with various coloured backgrounds (white, black and some bright) and cheap lighting/make cheap lighting

any ideas?

I have dim EDIT **None**

I would have a look in the "Talk Lighting" section of the forum and read up on some threads as theres some decent amount of info in there.

I'm also looking into buying some studio equipment, have around £400-500 to spend in total, including a backdrop.

I don't really have any moneys atm, which is why I want to try to make itall if possible! Or buy dirt cheap!

I would mention the Elemental kit, but I know there's mixed feelings about it.
