wondered if anyone could recommend small continous lighting to use on location? and are the beauty dish worth the money for good portrait lighting?

I assume that the continuous light is wanted for video use?

Beauty dishes are well worth the money for portrait lighting - but only if you have the right subject, or the right age, with the right bone structure, perfect skin and the right makeup
