Hmmm,

"...Clearance/End of line items are none refundable and are without warranty..."

Need to find out; what type of reflector fitting they use, what are the recycle times, flash duration, powerpack recharge times, number of flashes at full power...basically you don't have enough information on the product to even consider it IMO. Add this to the above statement and I wouldn't go near it.

here's a link to Boling's site for this stuff, where, if you can be bothered you could find out exactly what you may be getting.

The 'original' Lencarta Safari will be back in stock soon - the ship will berth in 2 days, then it has to clear customs and the various containers have to get to the warehouse. Once they have arrived at the warehouse I can get them back onto the website, and the new Safari Li-on should be able to go onto the website at the same time.
 
Garry must have been reporting from the dock with binoculars in hand, one ear piece tuned into shipping forecast :D
