I have to agree on my Mac monitor it looks a tad under, maybe needs the fill light power up a little.

Looks a little under on mine too. I can't make out any catch light in the eyes either which would bring it to life a little. Maybe it's there in the higher res photo though?

The backdrop and floor look good. Your daughter looks at about a stop under.

+1 add a stop on the key, maybe open the camera up a smidge too
