I have a Nikon D60 and I was just wondering what would be some good lighting equipment to go with it. Preferably relatively cheap. I don't need anything fancy, just something good ;) Thanks for any help received.

for a cheap flashgun have a look at the jessops 360afd flash, its £99 atm. i would then get a cable for off camera flash.

Is that a UK-only product? I'm from the US and I can't find anything on it on the site I use for all my photo needs (www.bhphotovideo.com).

EDIT: Checking their site, I'd say Jessops is UK only, which is too bad for me.

EDIT 2: In addition to a flash, I'm also looking for studio lights.

SB28DX, SB50DX or SB80DX - should get them for less than £100 (think that's about $150 dollars). Good flashes that are digi compatible

$199 buys a new SB-600 over there, that would be my choice- 100% compatible with the D60

FITP, good call actually - didn't really know what the going rate was for used flashes in the US. Suppose a Sb600 at that price would be a great buy. I only wish we had prices that good....

Actually, SB-600s are about $219, but that's still relatively cheap. I think I'm going to be buying one soon.
