Just a heads-up that Andy and Mike from Lightenupandshoot will be running a 2-day workshop in Dublin on the 25th and 26th of this month.Cost is 290 €.

If you don't have that much money to spare then I'd recommend a copy of their excellent V-book for a much more wallet-friendly $9.76.

By the way,don't be put off by the low price of the V-book, it contains every bit as much learning material as the likes of Zack Arias' One Light DVD, but for the price of a cheap 33" shoot-through umbrella, instead of the price of a decent flashgun!

It took me 2.5 hours to download it, the joys of a 2mb broadband connection :bang:

I decided to purchase their v download, and I have to say its the best thing I have bought, these guys really break down the mysteries of flash photography.

It has cleared up a few holes in my understanding and for the ridiculous price (about £9) its a steal!

My advice is just buy it !! NOW............
