Light Room Flagged Photos HELP HELP

Hi I recently edited some pictures in light room that i had imported from a folder on my desktop. I flagged the pictures that had been edited but never exported.

I then backed up the folder from my desktop, to my storage drive and then deleted the desktop folder.

I've gone back into light room to get a picture and it says that the "flagged file is off line". I re imported the original folder from storage back onto my desktop but it still reads "file is offline"

How do i re attach the data to the flagged files in LR

Above the missing thumbnail you should see a small ?. Click it and you'll get an option to find the photo in its new location.

When you click locate you'll get a finder/explorer dialog box to find the photos and a check box which says something like 'find nearby photos'. Click this box and then open the new location. It'll refind everything in the folder

Or right click thumbnail, say find in explorer and point it at the missing images.

Thanks for the advice but i stupidly renamed all the files so they don't match when i try to re import, b****r
