I am downloading the first issue now. We will see. Hope it won't be full ads and biased, sponsored based reviews.
 
Enjoyed the 1st issue, especially as it was free. Loved the way you could double click to fill the screen with any of the embedded photos.

Further issues are going to be $2.99, so will have to wait and see if I'll be parting with my hard earned cash, but I think it's a good pricepoint.
