Light cube help

Hi, I need a bit of help setting up my new ebay light cube. The backgrounds came folded and are heavily creased. Would you advise ironing them, or any other way to straighten? Are they washable should I try some splash photography?

I am also looking for ways to build another one myself so I could have more control (ie. hang things from top, remove or change side fabrics, etc). Any suggestions would be welcome.

You could try dampening the backgrounds I iron on a very low heat.

Maybe put a damp tea towel over them and iron through the tea towel.

Put in the bathroom. Turn shower on hot. Leave 5 mins. Sorted.

[dont put tent in shower, put on floor]
