Lets see the snow where you are! Yesterday (Monday 4th January) on the A939 Ballater to Cock Bridge road, me and my Land Rover!

Could do with a Land Rover here at the moment.

About 1 to 2 feet here but I do live up a hill.

Had about 6" here. That's 6" between flakes, NOT 6" depth of snow!

Cat wants to get out and attack it but she's only been here a week so isn't allowed out yet.

The central south coast has to be the worst place for snow in the UK.:(

We're lucky to get an inch every other year. So Thursday i'm driving north and not stopping til i find some!!!!

Roughly 1mm at a push [yes, that's right] in Leicester right now. Great news for driving, but a little bit of snow might be nice...

wasnt much fun trying to get to work this morning (got a call to say work was shut at 8am) just after id passed jnct28 of the m6 and joined the back of the tailback, took about 2.5hrs to get to the next jnct to turn round and come home. fun and games!

It's just started here, only a light dusting so far but looks like we'll have a load at the end of the week.

It wasn't like this at 5am  when I went to work.

None here yet, but we're forcast up to 40cm over night  Then again, that would mean the met office would be right...so we'll see

:'( We don't have ANY snow.................not that I am moaning as I wpould have to walk to working in it at four in the morning otherwise. But I have a nice long weeknd off coming up and it would be nice to get out in it with the camera.

Marcel is not the only nutter.

I measured it at 7 inches here when I was clearing the drive, looked like more but thats what the ruler said.

A27 Tichfield near Fareham at around 10.30 last night (about half an hour after abandoning my car approx 1 mile up the hill behind me) - cars struggling to get up or down. 6 hours to get home (15 miles).

Monday afternoon during the heavy snowfall in Chester. The kids decided on a caterpillar instead of a snowman.

Then the 'naughty boys' kicked it in overnight. Boooo.
