Loads of them. Basically virtually any SLR lens apart from Canon FD.
The key issue is the "flange focal distance"(FFD) which is the distance from the film/sensor plane to the back of the lens mount. For the Canon EF system it's 44mm, and this means you can fit any lens which has a FFD greater than 44mm with a suitable adapter. That includes Nikon F (46. 5mm), Olympus OM (46mm) and others. But it doesn't include Canon FD which is 42mm.
NB Using a lens with a shorter FFD is possible (with a suitable adapter of course) but you'll lose infinity focus unless the adapter contains its own optics, which will degrade image quality.
I think Minolta "MD" lenses face similar issue to FD on Canon DSLR's.
Olympus Zuiko work well though but with any of these you face the problem of focusing. You can of course zone focus or use Merklinger, hyperfocal or some other Voodo.
Other than for stuff like macro and when stuff is big in the frame personally I find MF too much trouble with a modern DSLR. CSC's are a different matter and are IMVHO great if you want to use MF lenses, I do
