PLease help

I would like to by a new lenses and after reading a bit of reviews if gone the direction of the Sigma 18-200 nikon fit for my D60. This being purely for the all round use.

Now the problem is you get one with and without the Optical Stabilizer and so does the price differ quite a bit.

Can someone shed some light on the subject.

Another is do I go with the 18-200 or do I go for something like the Tamron 70-300 which is only £119 and put up with having to change lenses, which can't be that much trouble...

Thank you and look forward to your response.

Changing lenses is the way forward if you want speed and quality.

If you do go for the 18-200 go for the OS version it's newer, has better optics and the OS is invaluable when using it as a walk around.

Thnks

How is the optics on the Tamron 70-300 compare with the Sigma 18-200 OS?
