I live in Leeds or would use the internet.

I've not personally used them, but my wife's cousin has hired from them on a couple of occasions and she has been very happy and impressed with the service and the lenses she has received from them...

I've used them a couple of times. I would hapily recommend them. Superb service and customer attitude.
I really can't see any reason to use anyone else.

There is The Flash Centre in Leeds, helpful guys. Be prepared for a large deposit though, rates are very reasonable, especially over a weekend where you are charged for one day only.
