Thanks Joe might order a couple as they are a good price

They're quite good. Just make sure you brush any loose particles off first.

There's possibly a clue in the title?

No really... they're pretty good at cleaning lenses. They do work on LCD's too though.

cheers

Do people use these for a lens, or for the lcd?

reading the info on the website these seem designed for use with LCDs, doesn't seem to mention lens cleaning

I use the regular "Lenspen" branded ones for cleaning lenses and they're very good, personally I don't use the brush as I prefer to blast things with a air blower first

I've got to admit after buying one, thinking it was rubbish and leaving it in my bag untouched for ages, I've recently started using it and I'm suitably impressed. It does do a decent job of clearing smears and mild dirt off lenses. I'd get one, they're cheap enough.

I use them for cleaning lenses but I think the one in the link is for LCDs?

It might be the same thing as normal lens pen, but I'd like to know if it was before applying it to a lens personally.

Keeping LCD screens clean is a losing battle, so I just replace mine with a GGS which is scratch proof and use a lens cloth on it.

I use the (larger) LensPen for lenses and the (smaller) SensorKlear for sensors. I treat the SensorKlear ones as a one shot solution for sensors then relegate them to LCD and phone/compact lens cleaning duties.

I bought a set of two LensPens (the ones designed for lens,es part LP-1) from Ebay, £8 shipped for two.

Arrived today, from HK (seller: yikeworld), only bought Thursday.

These are the original ones, design for lenses, not LCD.
